Slipstream Sports announces six additions to the 2011 roster, marking the remaining Cervelo TestTeam riders to join the newly formed Team Garmin-Cervelo. Roger Hammond , Heinrich Haussler , Andreas Klier , Brett Lancaster , Daniel Lloyd and Gabriel Rasch will join teammate Thor Hushovd in 2011. Mark Cavendish has yet to log a stage win in the Vuelta a Espaa in his meteroic career and he will have to wait a while yet after finishing third in stage five from Guadix to Lorca, America's Tyler Farrar winning in some style with Koldo Fernandez de Larrea ghosting in for second place ahead of the British rider. This morning BMC announced the addition of "Belgians Yannick Eyssen and Greg Van Avermaet, Italians Manuel Quinziato and Ivan Santaromita, Frenchman Amal Moinard and Swiss Johann Tschopp." As BMC tells it, "Moinard, Santaromita and Tschopp will strengthen the BMC Racing Team's stage racing roster, while Eyssen is a promising young climber who will ... Team Garmin-Transitions, whose stable of cyclists includes Ryder Hesjedal of Victoria, announced Friday the end of its agreement with Felt Bicycles and a new agreement with Toronto-based Cervelo. The merger of two cycling teams could mean Canadians riding Canadian-made bikes in next year's Tour de France. Steve Bauer heads an all-Canadian team competing in World Cup events in Quebec on Sept. Eastern Canada is gearing up for North America's only ProTour events this year, the Gran Prix of Quebec and the Grand Prix of Montreal .
